This type of thing seems to be happening more often. The police may present more danger to law abiding citizens than bad guys.
If one listens to the audiotapes, it's hard to imagine how a reasonable person could charge Fiorino (and not the cops) for disorderly conduct.

Seriously, the police in the U.S. have increasingly gone "paramilitary" in tactics, gear, weapons and mentality. Despite the criminal guilt (or innocence) of their intended targets, is this how law enforcement should work in America? It saddens me.

Another note… For the defenders of such brutal subjugate police that say cops have it hard and they risk their lives every day, I say this: that I would rather have a smaller, less equipped, less aggressive police force but citizens who are free to carry a weapon to defend themselves anywhere they go.
Yea, I'll give up some safety and security in order to have LIBERTY. Damn all police-state supporters and their jack-booted commissars!!!!!

Indiana….No right to resist illegal cop entry into home
Overturning a common law dating back to the English Magna Carta of 1215, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled Thursday that Hoosiers have no right to resist unlawful police entry into their homes.

Indianans should not only be outraged, but the state supreme court judges that sided with the fascists should be dragged out of their palacial estates, tarred and promptly feathered for such a tyrannical decision.

How much worse will these things become once the SHTF? The police will want to shoot first and ask question later. Any civilian with a gun will be viewed as a potential aggressor. The rule of law means nothing to them….they are the law and what they say goes. I'm afraid the oath keepers will be a small minority and if the military is called out they may be worse than the police.

The police in the United States are the largest users of steroids. Some of their actions may be the results of these illegal drugs. I do not condone the actions of the Philly cops, but they are being used as much as the illegal aliens and drug users to go after our guns. I listened to that recording and it took me back to a local peace officer trying to power-trip me after a traffic stop.
Notice that Indiana ruling is for unlawful entry. This would be a fine opportunity for crooks to play dress up.
