I live in San Diego California USA with my husband and daughter. My husband is an ex grunt and I served on board the USS Acadia from 1989-1993 as an electrician. Currently I work as a critical care nurse and my hubby is a computer programmer. Our 17 year old daughter is absolutley horrorfied at our suggestions that she too join the military for a tour after highschool.

We've been slowly building up our skills as caches over the past few years. Currently we're debating over a retreat purchase in Montana USA. We just arent sure if it's a plan that would work should the grid go down since we wouldnt be able to live at our retreat full time. To bug in or bug out is our current family conundrum.
